You know how some homes (or ranches) have a name? Think South Fork from the TV show Dallas. How about Green Gables or Ponderosa Ranch? The names are usually given because of some characteristic of the home/ranch. I even found a site that offers help on how to name your ranch.
After careful consideration, I have decided that our house's name would be, "Chalet de Smelly Dog Farts."
