Oh, the horror!
Alex asked me if he should go back and get it. I said, "do you need it?" He thought for about ten seconds and then replied, "yup."
Runs right back to school to get it. Good thing we are within walking distance. Saves on gas. Good thing it's only a block away. A short run (or walk).
Cell phone is back and safely in Alex's hands. All is right with the world.
