Picture Frame

You're taking all these lovely pictures during the holiday season and you need a frame to show them off!  Using a wood frame (we bought ours at Michaels craft store for $1.00), paint add some pretty holiday paper and you can display those pictures for all to see.

Supplies:
Wood picture frame
white paint (or a color to match your paper)
holiday paper
pencil
scissors
decorations (stickers, glitter, sequins, greenery)
modge podge
paint brushes

Paint the frame, don't forget to paint the sides and the inside (right by the picture).  Once the frame is dry, outline the frame onto your holiday paper and cut out.

glue the paper onto your frame
Now is the time to decorate.  A word to the wise, if using a foam sticker (like I did) put it on after we modge podge.  I put it on before and had to modge podge around the foam sticker (it wasn't easy)

once your stickers are on your frame, brush on a little modge podge
we used the Shimmer Modge Podge
it gives it a finished look
All ready for a picture!
I think we'll put our Santa picture in this frame!

Thanks for stopping by!
