Mosaic Christmas Tree

Thought we would do a little tiling today.  We have a bathroom project that I thought you could help us out on.  You're good with your hands, right?  Ok,  ok, we're tiling, but, we are using paper squares,  not real tiles for our project. 

Supplies:
Green construction paper (cut into small squares)
brown construction paper (cut into small squares)
glue
white piece of paper (any color, really)
glitter, glue, sequins, markers (all your choice)


While Bella was getting ready, this is what I was doing

As you can see, we used different shades of green

First, lightly draw an outline of a tree on your paper

add some glue

and start tiling

all this practice, maybe Bella can redo our bathroom?

 

it took some time to fill the tree in with squares

don't forget the tree stump!

add a few personal decorations

and, of course presents! 

What's a tree without presents?
