Random Act of Kindness

When you do something kind for someone else.  Something that is not expected.

I was happy to witness a random act of kindness today.  Believe it or not it was between a couple of my children.  Yea, I was having a hard time believing it at first, too.

Bella has been making Rainbow Loom bracelets for just about every person within a 20 mile radius of our house.  If you are lucky, she will whip up a bracelet just to match the outfit that you are wearing.

Bella made a bracelet for Alex.  He wore it for the next cross country meet and told her that it made him run a lot faster.

Bella was looking to make one for someone and realized that there is one person in the house that does not have any Rainbow Loom bracelets.  So, she decided to make one for this person.

Bella wrote a nice note and included the bracelet (she said to cheer him up) and placed it on Nick's bed.

She told me when Nick got home.  She was waiting for Nick to yell at her for going into his room.  Instead, she got a nice thank you.

Hard to believe at times, but, I guess the kids do love one another.

  1. Aw, that's so sweet. I liked that Alex said it made him run faster, too. :)
