We've had some frigid temperatures here this last week.  You know, where you feel like you are wearing a bikini and living in a freezer, even though you are wearing three thousand layers of clothing.  You bundle up to go out and wonder why you are going out.  You really can't see anyone's face because they are all bundled up, too.  And, of course, there is always that one crazy person that is wearing shorts.  You wonder how they are handling it or are they just doing it to show off?  And, all the while,  you are shivering and thinking that you should have put on that extra pair of underwear.
